We have yet to find a restaurant deal that Stetson won’t try!
We love sharing the latest Chick-fil-A discounts and coupons, as well as the newest additions to this popular restaurant’s menu!
Chick-fil-A’s newest offering isn’t actually a menu item or a coupon deal at all, though. It’s a DIY menu hack that’s been gaining a lot of traction on social media, and we’ve been curious to see if it would live up to all the hype!
If you’ve spent any time on TikTok lately, you’ve probably seen people participating in a unique form of meal prep that can only be described as making a “dump meal.” If you’re not familiar with this trend, it involves ordering common menu items from a fast-food restaurant, dumping them into a container, and eating them mixed together as a meal.
The most recent “dump meal” to achieve viral status comes to us courtesy of Chick-fil-A. It’s a zesty, saucy, buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and the internet is divided on whether this combination of CFA menu items should be eaten together.
We sent Stetson and his brave stomach out to test the process of making this Chick-fil-A mashup and to sample the end result. Keep reading to see what he had to say about his experience making the DIY Chick-fil-A buffalo mac and cheese!
Ah, the Chick-fil-A Dump Meal. Based on the less-than-appetizing name, I was reluctant to go down the rabbit hole of this viral sensation. But my stomach was getting the rumbles and I knew it was time.
Be forewarned: This process does require a little bit of planning. You can’t just cruise through the Chick-fil-A drive-through unprepared for your dump. You need to bring a food storage container with a lid. Since I was out running errands when the urge struck me, I swung by Target to grab a container like this.
Then, I rushed off to Chick-fil-A. I rolled into the drive-thru and placed my order: an 8-piece nugget, medium waffle fries, a small mac and cheese, one buffalo sauce, and one ranch sauce. I pulled around to collect my food and then settled into a parking spot. I’m a firm believer in responsible dumping, and this is a two-handed task that should NOT be attempted on the freeway!
When preparing your Chick-fil-A parking lot dump meal, the order of ingredients doesn’t matter. I took my new container from Target and added the nuggets, fries, mac and cheese, and sauces.
After adding all the ingredients to my container, I sealed the lid tightly and gave the whole business a good shake. Then, I opened the lid and took a critical look at the mixture inside.
Between the chicken nuggets, waffle fries, mac and cheese, and two different sauces, I wasn’t sure how this was gonna go. There was only one way to find out though, so I took a deep breath, unbuttoned my pants, and prepared for what was to come.
I went in for my first bite and – wow! 😱 I found myself clearing out this bowl like I hadn’t eaten all day. For real my friends.
It was so delicious (but probably not so nutritious). Although it may not look appetizing, this Chick-fil-A dump meal tastes glorious. I really wasn’t expecting it to be THIS good, but I totally would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Don’t knock it ’till you try it! Just bring some extra napkins. You’re gonna need ’em. 😆
Enjoy your dump from Chick-fil-A! 🙌
