So you guys know what’s coming! The outfits.. Well we had so many requests for this it was unbelievable. We have hunted out fabulous sewing patterns so that you can sew the looks on the show. This blouse has the most wonderful collar and we wanted to recreate immediately. The pattern that we found was the Honey Top from Fibre Mood and think it’s a pretty close match. The blouse is loose fitting with lovely tie details at the cuff and perfect to any time of year. If you tucked it into a high waisted pair of trousers you’ve recreated this look.

This is another beautiful blouse that we thought you’d love as much as us. We managed to find a pretty close match with the Tie Blouse from The Assembly Line.  The collar is slightly different from the one seen in the film but we think it has a lot of the other features including that beautiful sleeve and cuff.

Carey wore a lot of blouse and cardigan combos in the film and this one was one of our favourites! For the blouse we thought that the Eliza Blouse from Fibre Mood had the same soft collar and would work perfectly. For the cardigan the Fuller from Cashmerette has a relaxed feel with a v-neck.

Another great blouse this time worn by Lily James and skirt with side button detail. The blouse we found was the Melilot shirt from Deer and Doe with the same sailor collar shape. For the skirt we thought that the Simplicity 8927 had loads of the same features.

We were swooning over this dungaree and top set, the colour pallete for this look is perfection. We’ve got two fantastic patterns for you to recreate this ensemble. For the dungarees the Jenny overalls from Closet Core patterns  have a lot of similar features like the wise legs and the crossover detail at the back. For the top we think this is a short sleeve jumper but you could easily use a jersey for a similar look. The pattern we thought would be good for this is the Primo t-shirt from Ready to Sew.

A great combo here with a pair of trousers based on a classic mens tailored trousers with a shirt tied at the at waist. The patterns I thought would work well is the Montana shirt from Itch to Stitch with the same tie feature the front. For the trousers the Chandler pants from Untitles thoughts have a similar shape and feel.

Last but definitely not least, one of my personal favourites from the film. This dress and mac look is wonderful and I think I’ve got two fantastic pattern options for you. For the trench coat we thought that the Merci coat from Atelier Scämmit would be great if you sized up and made it a little longer. For the dress underneath we thought the McCalls 8038 would be a fantastic option. A super simple shape that you could wear over and over again.
