You’ve heard me rave about the Spanx activewear line and this longline crop top / sports bra was already a personal favorite before the sale even kicked off (see on me). This top is truly a hybrid between a crop top and sports bra as it extends an extra 2″ below the bustline and hits me right at the smallest part my waist. I typically pair this top with the Spanx Booty Boost High Waisted Leggings and the combination really accentuates my curves and makes me feel supported while working out! Plus, the I find the medium-impact support is perfect for even my high-intensity cardio workouts at Orangetheory yet has enough stretch so the top is easy enough to take off post sweaty workout. I’m also larger busted at a size 32D and find that the coverage on this top is amazing!

I wanted to style this top with joggers for a more casual athleisure look and also to highlight some of the amazing joggers that are included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! The exact style that I’m wearing here isn’t included in the sale, but this one from Zella is incredibly popular and this one (also from Zella) is petite friendly with it’s 25 1/2″ inseam.

The Spanx Get Moving Skort has been one of the most popular items from this year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. These have been going in and out of stock on the Nordstrom website, but are fully stocked on the Spanx site where they’re price-matching! I’ve personally been eyeing a workout skirt for a few weeks now as I wanted something cute to wear when I go on walks with the kids and could also wear when I’m just out and about on the weekends.
I love that this GetMoving Skort has biker shorts underneath the skirt, with even a pocket on the side so I can fit my essentials. The side slits on the skirt are a flirty addition and personally, I find that it makes my legs look a little longer too!

How fun is this marbled print?? I love adding color to my workout outfits and especially love when it comes in a cute set! The Spanx Booty Boost 7/8 Leggings are my favorite from the Spanx activewear line (read my full review here) as they sculpt the butt and are seam-free in the front. The 7/8 length means a perfect full-length fit if you’re petite (I’m 5′ tall) and come up just past my belly button.
The matching bra has light support and I personally would only recommend wearing it for low-impact activities like walking or pilates. I do really like the v-straps in the back and find that this style in general doesn’t dig into my skin to create unflattering rolls (IYKYK 
).

These Spanx faux leather joggers have been another hot-selling item, and it’s such a great follow-up style from the incredibly popular Spanx Faux Leather Leggings that have been out for a few years now. These are a pull-on style with a hidden shaping panel to flatten the tummy. And unlike the leggings, these joggers have functional pockets!
I personally found these joggers to run a bit big on me. There’s no petite sizing for this style so I actually cuffed the 29″ inseam a few inches with a hair tie (see this TikTok video for a tutorial!). And because these joggers were big on me, I have them pulled up higher — sitting close to my natural waistline instead of my hips where they’re intended to rest so that you get that ore relaxed look. While these joggers are super cute, I would say that it might be hit or miss if you’re shorter than 5′ 5″.

I glossed over this Nike sweatshirt when I was first going through the sale, but after hearing countless rave reviews, I decided to give it a shot. Y’all, it’s so nice! I love the plush fleece material and the heavier fabric is so warm and cozy. The fit does run oversized and has a boxier fit as the style is intended to look cropped. This is such a comfy sweatshirt for lounging and looking cute!
If you prefer shorts with a longer inseam yet have short legs, you definitely need to check out these Nike Essential Shorts (also price-matched on Nike.com). These have a curved hem that go up on the sides so it helps lengthen your legs especially from the side profile. I personally found these shorts to run a bit big on me and had to cinch in the drawstring a bit too much in order for them to stay up, so definitely size down when ordering!

I snagged this workout tank and it’s so good! The length is perfect if you’re petite and/or have a short torso want a tank that hits above your hips. This one has a twist detail that shows just a peek of skin and the fabric is so super soft! This particular tank has been coming in and out of stock recently too, but I did find an almost identical dupe on Amazon for only $17!

These Nike sneakers are one of my favorite purchases from the sale! At first, the beige color didn’t look appealing when I saw it online, but in person, it’s a very subtle off white and the contrast baby blue embroidery just makes these shoes so feminine yet sporty. I actually find this off-white color to be so flattering on my skin tone and these shoes are also super comfy (I stood / walked in them for 3 hours straight the other day!).
Nike React Escape Run

I have 4 pairs of the Nike ‘React’ sneaker and they are hands-down my favorite shoe for running. I was super excited to see this Nike React Escape style included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and even better, the super cute white / leopard color combination! I found this particular style to be a bit more cushion-y than my other Nike Epic React Flyknit sneakers (currently 50% off!) but they’re still lightweight and just feel good when I’m powering through a run. And if you’re not a runner, these shoes are also great for walking / cross-training and looking stylish at the same time!
With Nike sneakers, I always go up a half size as I find that Nike runs slightly small and I prefer to let my feet have a little wiggle room in the front.
