Notes from the Fashion Director: April 2020

Who says work clothes have to be boring? Spring into style with chic pieces perfect for the office, courtesy of SEEN Marketplace

By Rachel Schostak

When it comes to creative inspiration, the office is where it’s at this spring. The runways were bursting with modern takes on traditional suiting, from mix-and-match pieces to gender-bending styles (i.e. it’s totally on-trend for guys and girls to borrow each other’s clothing!). Other hot looks this season: floral prints, 1970s-inspired flair and even Bermuda shorts. Because who says work clothes have to be boring? Thanks to my amazing team for helping produce this beautiful shoot, which was very labor intensive (especially since I’m five months pregnant). As you put your own spring wardrobe together, we hope you let these fashion pages be your guide.
