Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
 - 3 eggs, beaten
 - 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup coconut flour
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
 - In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
 - Add the beaten eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.
 - In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth and well combined.
 - Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and slicing.
