Tequila & Mezcal

Nog de Huevos

1 ½ oz. Tanteo Navidad Tequila

2 Eggs (separated)

4 oz. Cream

4 oz. Whole milk

1 oz. Agave nectar (or simple syrup)  

Directions: Mix egg yolks and sugar until well blended. Add tequila, cream and milk; mix until well blended. Separately, mix egg whites until stiff peaks from. Fold two mixtures together and serve in a Cocktail Glass. Garnish with ground nutmeg and cinnamon.

Ilegal  Hot Cider

1.5 cups Ilegal Mezcal Reposado

1 gallon apple cider

1 large orange, cut into 0.25” slices

3 cinnamon sticks

4 star anise

1 tablespoon whole cloves

1 tablespoon whole allspice

1” ginger root, sliced/ 

Directions: Add all the ingredients (except mezcal) to a pot. Turn heat on low until warmed through, about 30 minutes. Add Ilegal Mezcal and serve. 

 

 

Bond Fire S’Mores

1 oz Dos Hombres Mezcal

1.5 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

4 oz Cold Brew Coffee

Directions: Measure all ingredients with jigger and pour into mug. Add ice and stir. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.

NOLA White Russian

1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur

1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka

3/4 oz heavy cream

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over big ice.

1½ oz. Crystal Head Onyx-½ oz. 

15 mL Mezcal

1 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice

¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice 

½ oz. Winter SpiceAgave Syrup

Proper Hopper

1 oz Proper No. Twelve 

0.5 oz Creme de Cacao 

0.5 oz Creme de Menthe 

1 oz Heavy Cream 

Directions: Shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with chocolate shavings and/or Mint Spring.

Glendalough Signature Irish Coffee

2 oz of Glendalough Double Barrel Irish  Whiskey 

4 oz of Freshly Brewed Coffee 

2 Teaspoons of Demerara 

Sugar 

Fresh Heavy Cream 

Garnish: Coffee Beans

Directions: Pour freshly brewed coffee into an Irish coffee cup. Add the Demerara sugar and whiskey. Stir all ingredients and top with  

heavy cream. Garnish with some coffee beans. 

 

 

 

The BEARFACE Espresso Martini

1.5 oz BEARFACE Triple Oak Whisky

1 oz Coffee liqueur 

0.5 oz Simple syrup

1 oz Coffee

Directions: Shake, stir, strain, top with espresso beans

Rum & Cachaca

 

Cutwater Tinseltini

1.5 oz Cutwater Tiki Holiday Spirit

0.5 oz Cutwater White Rum

1 oz banana liqueur

0.5 oz coconut syrup

0.5 oz macadamia nut liqueur

Directions: Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until tin is cold. Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass rimmed with white sugar sprinkles. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary sprayed with edible white food spray.

Wine

 

Avaline Mulled Wine
  • 1 bottle of Avaline Red
  • 1 orange, peeled (about 6 peels)
  • and then juiced (about 1.5 oz)
  • 1 lemon, peeled (about 6 peels)
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 star anise (whole)
  • 5 cloves (whole)
  • 5 allspice (whole)
  • 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 1 orange cut into half wheels (for garnish)

Directions:

Start by peeling your orange and your lemon, then juice the orange. Set aside. Combine your spices in a large saucepan and toast on medium heat for a couple of minutes. Add the rest of your ingredients to the pan and let it sit until it starts to steam (about 30 seconds.) Reduce your heat to low, and let the ingredients simmer together for fifteen minutes. Strain and serve your wine in a mug– we love to use heat resistant glass to let the rich color shine through. Garnish with an orange wheel, and sip to keep the chill away.

 

 

 

Rosa Spiced Sangria

Ingredients:

1 Bottle Rosa Regale Red

1 cup cranberry juice

1/2 cup blood orange juice

1/4 cup mulling spice syrup

1 cup cranberries

1 sliced blood orange

 

Directions: Mix the above ingredients together. Serve in a wine glass and garnish with fruit, cinnamon stick and star anise!
