Weekly Meal Plan 6/26/23 - 7/2/23

Notes from this week’s meal plan:

Homemade Muesli

  • You can store this muesli in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
  • A great gluten free recipe option

Air Fryer Breakfast Recipe – Banana Cinnamon Roll Muffins

  • If you don’t have an air fryer, bake muffins in a muffin pan in an oven at 350 for 28 minute.

Egg Cups

  • You can use any vegetables you have on hand
  • These are great to prepare ahead of time, freeze and defrost whenever you’re ready to eat them

Sour Cream and Chive Turkey Burgers

  • These burgers can be cooked in a pan, they can be baked (350 for 30 minutes) or they can be grilled.

5 Ingredient Grilled Hot Chicken Sausages

S’mores Bars

  • You can make these bars up to 1 day ahead.  Cool, after baking, cover the pan with foil and store at room temperature.  To serve, remove from the pan and cut.
  • Over time, the marshmallows will harden, but if you store them in an air-tight tin, the s’mores are good for several days.
  • Chocolate melting tips:
    • You could heat chocolate in the microwave using 50% power to prevent over-baking.
    • If you don’t have a microwave, you can heat the chocolate in a large heavy bottomed saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate melts.
