With Halloween just around the corner, it's once again time for a public service announcement: Don't appropriate culture for a costume. If you're worried about offending someone, the good news is that it's easy to avoid. Does your costume involve stereotypical signifiers like sombreros or, god forbid, blackface? Skip it.
