Healthy Breakfast: Creamy Oatmeal

Delicious, reach and creamy oatmeal, you can find only in Natalies kitchen. I use to make this oatmeal for my kids for breakfast almost every morning before school. Now they grown ups and still love this oatmeal. Ill tell you a little secret.

Do everything in love.  


  • 2.5 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cup organic oats
  • 3 table spoon of honey
  • 1 banana (optional )
  • Walnuts (optional )

To make the Oatmeal:

Bring 2.5 cups milk and 3 table spoon of honey to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 3/4 cup oats, cover and reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, and let stand for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy with fruits, walnuts.
