I’ve been transitioning back into the office this week, which has offered some challenges

On the one hand, it’s been nice to have a break from care-giving and have something that feels normal. I enjoy my job and my co-workers. On the other hand, I feel stress about not being there for Brian and have worry about the time he is alone. Plus there isn’t much time for anything extra at the moment.

I did manage to squeeze in a super short photo shoot at home earlier this week. I just had to share this color block coat I picked from Shein a few weeks ago. I am all about a great statement coat that stands out in a crowd. I knew this mid-weight coat would work so well with my work wardrobe with it’s classic color combo. The cute color blocking will be fab with casual weekend wear, too. I need to hem the sleeves before I wear this again, but otherwise am pleased with this choice.

This weekend I put out more of my Halloween decorations. It’s all coming together and looking so cute! I will have to take some pics of the whole thing and share here in the next few days.
