If you’re one of the unlucky few that is having to go back into an office setting or catch up with people in person for meetings, it’s time to get out of your elastic waistband sweatpants and into some more acceptable wardrobe choices. We’ve selected 65 different looks to give you some inspiration so you’re looking fly when you step back into the office.

Whether you rock a sneaker or loafer, having the tailored ankle pants hit right at the ankle, not wearing socks, and exposing that bit of skin (scandalous!) is the key to pulling off this look. You can wear these pants in a suiting style with their matching blazer and a button up or with a polo. Wearing this look with your shirt tucked in with a belt that matches your shoes will help keep you looking fly and fresh for being back in a work environment.
2. Blazer Office Attire

Blazers are incredibly versatile. You can stay traditional with matching suiting, throw it on over denim and a button up, or even with black jeans and a t-shirt. Your personal swagger can go a long way with pulling off any of these looks. That and tailoring. Tailoring is the not-so-secret secret to the best fitting clothes and looking like you have just stepped off the pages of a magazine.
3. Business Casual Office Attire
Business casual and casual only has a few degrees of separation. Wearing a gray or neutral suit with a black t-shirt and white sneakers keeps your look casual without being sloppy. If you’re looking for a slightly more unique approach, try wearing your suit pants and matching vest sans blazer with a military-esque jacket and clean white kicks. Bonus points if your suit is pinstriped.
4. Casual Office Attire

Casual doesn’t mean sweatpants. Denim on denim can work well in this scenario – dark indigo jeans, a chestnut leather belt worn with a fitted and tucked long-sleeve chambray shirt, and clean adidas Stan Smith sneakers will elevate your casual office style to the next level. Not casual enough? Take the same sneakers, but instead pair them with black skinny jeans and a short-sleeve darker denim button up. Want to be even more casual? Wear your button up open over a t-shirt.
5. Formal Office Attire

If you need to be dressed to the nines then there’s nothing wrong with rocking up to the office in a proper suit. We’re talking pants, crisp shirt, tie, blazer, and fancy shoes. Any color of suit works, but you can’t go past the classics, like black, blue, grey, and cream.
6. Hipster Style Office Attire
What makes an outfit hipster? It’s not one specific thing but rather a mixture of new and vintage while still showing off your personality. A cool vintage blazer mixed with your new tailored ankle pants and a turtleneck always looks casually hipster without trying too hard. I don’t make the rules, but a beard, mustache, and a hat (not of the baseball variety) also help.
7. Jumper Office Attire

Depending on where you live, jumper season is either upon you or quickly on its way. Pumpkin spice everything! Wearing a thin jumper over a collared shirt with your favorite fitted dress pants and Oxfords is always the right decision. Adding a wool peacoat for chillier days just ups the ante of you looking as if you know what you’re doing, both stylistically and in business. Looking the part is half the battle.
8. Long Sleeve and Trousers Office Attire

Colored khaki or black trousers worn with a complimentary colored button up or jumper will always look pulled together if you tuck in your shirt and match your shoes and belt. It really is that simple. Rolling up your sleeves to the mid-part of your lower arm gives this look a slightly more casual feel as you’re hanging out at the office watercooler discussing the latest episode of whatever it is people are watching this week. Rolling your sleeves down and throwing on a blazer for that important afternoon meeting with clients makes this office look the most adaptable.
9. Short Sleeve Office Attire
Keep this look from being too casual by pairing your short sleeve polo or button up with fitted trousers and bespoke patina leather loafers. However, if casual is what you are looking for then a printed shirt, untucked, with chambray or white denim jeans and a classic white sneaker is the way to go.

Personally, this is my favorite style. A fitted, well-made suit with a skinny tie and sneakers is never the wrong idea. Ankle pants are ideal for a sneaker situation, but if your pants are a little on the long side, rolling them 2-3 times is on-trend. Just don’t let your socks show. If you want to add to the casual factor, lose the button up shirt and tie, and instead, throw on a matching neutral t-shirt, tucked in, with a belt.
11. Trendy Office Attire

If you are really missing your joggers with this back-in-the-office lifestyle, here is your chance to get back to that look. Fabrication is important here. High-end, luxury joggers exist. Pair them with a turtleneck, blazer, and white Air Force 1s to keep from looking as if you’ve just rolled out of bed. Another trend that works on everyone is white tonal. White dress pants and white sneakers or velvet loafers, and a tan jumper with a white collar shirt always looks classic. Don’t worry, that “don’t wear white after Labor Day” is no longer a real rule. Do what you want.
12. Vest Office Attire
Whether you are wearing a suit vest or a wool vest, you can take this look and dress it up or down. Wearing the suit vest with its matching pants, a white long sleeve button up, and leather dress shoes is the “dressed up” version. However, you can make this look more casual by pairing the same shirt and vest with dark denim and sneakers or by switching out your suit vest for one of a different fabrication.
13. Winter Office Attire

The easiest way to winterize your office look is with Chelsea boots, a turtleneck or jumper, and a trenchcoat or peacoat. Tucking in your shirt or sweater of choice into your tailored pants, matching your boots to your shoes, and throwing on a warm, stylish coat is the best way to acclimate to the colder weather while still looking dapper.
